Engineering Precision: Why Texas Solutech Co. Ltd. is the Ultimate Authority in Electrical Power Board Design

1. Website Blog Post

When it comes to complex industrial operations, the backbone of efficiency and safety lies within your power distribution and control systems. A standard, off-the-shelf solution simply won't suffice when dealing with high-capacity continuous loads. That is where Texas Solutech Co. Ltd. excels. We have firmly established our reputation as the premier designer for Electrical Power Boards, delivering precision-engineered blueprints that perfectly align with intricate operational demands.

From Concept to Implementation: The Power of Collaboration

Our design philosophy bridges the gap between theoretical engineering excellence and seamless physical execution. For a recent prestigious project at a major energy depot for our client, our Lead Engineer, Eng. Arthur Mathew, PE, conceptualized, drafted, and sketched the core layout (under design reference "8.Model").

To turn this advanced blueprint into reality, Texas Solutech facilitated and approved the fabrication process with the renowned board manufacturing experts at Switchgear Ltd. Operating under our engineering guidance and strict approvals, Switchgear Ltd skillfully modeled and implemented the final manufacturing schematics via drawing package "1876R-001-E001-B-MCC PANEL (1)".

The Gold Standard Partnership: Texas Solutech Co. Ltd. designs the future, and trusted partners like Switchgear Ltd flawlessly implement it.

The Science Behind Sizing an MCC Panel

Designing a Motor Control Center (MCC) is an intricate mathematical exercise. Electrical power boards require an array of critical sizing calculations to ensure that the panel safely contains, manages, and distributes power to the exact load designed and intended by the end-user. Without precise calculations for Full Load Current (FLC), ambient thermal derating, busbar sizing, and short-circuit withstand thresholds, a system risks catastrophic operational failure.

For our client's depot MCC board, our engineering team calculated and integrated a massive array of concurrent heavy-duty industrial loads:

·       High-Capacity Pumps: Multiple 23 kW pump units (P101 through P302) with a Full Load Current (FLC) of 40A managing AGO and PMS products.

·       Auxiliary Equipment: Heavy-duty 5.5 kW AGO pumps with an FLC of 11A.

·       Future-Proof Expandability: Crucially, the panel architecture incorporates meticulously calculated provisions for future upgrades, including an upcoming 15 kW pump with a designated FLC of 28A (Controls reference: =CTL/27), alongside several 18.5 kW future lines (FLC 35A).

Validated Excellence: The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

We don't just leave our success on paper. The featured photograph accompanying this post captures the proud moment our team conducted the rigorous Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). This critical milestone verified that every physical component, from the 800A main copper busbars down to the automatic power factor correction (PFC) plant, performs exactly to Texas Solutech’s uncompromising engineering designs.

Design is where performance begins. At Texas Solutech Co. Ltd., we take pride in being recognized as the best designer for Electrical Power Boards, transforming complex industrial power requirements into highly efficient, safe, and future-proof engineering blueprints. ⚡

A perfect case in point is our recent design work for our client's major energy depot. Our Lead Engineer, Eng. Arthur Mathew, PE, spearheaded the technical concept and initial sketches. To bring this high-performance system to life, we facilitated, guided, and approved the reputable board manufacturers, Switchgear Ltd, to implement and model the final manufacturing drawings.

Our Philosophy: Texas Solutech designs the innovation. Switchgear Ltd implements the build.

Engineering an industrial Motor Control Center (MCC) panel requires intense technical rigor. It demands multiple, precise electrical sizing calculations to guarantee the final board can comfortably contain and sustain the specific operational loads intended for its end-use. For this project, our blueprints meticulously mapped out an intricate system of heavy-duty loads:

✔ Six installed 23 kW pumps (AGO/PMS) running at a crisp FLC of 40A.
✔ Multiple active 5.5 kW auxiliary pumps (FLC 11A).
✔ Seamless future-proofing, including an engineered 15 kW load (FLC 28A) mapped directly under control block =CTL/27 to handle future expansion without needing a panel replacement.

📸 Behind the Photo: The image featured here shows our team during the successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)! Witnessing our precise structural calculations and electrical designs materialize into a flawlessly operating, fully optimized physical MCC panel is what drives us forward.
